ARCADE2BIT : Web2.5 gaming platform serving South and Southeast Asia.

White Paper v.0.0.2

1.Overview

As web3 has recently become mainstream in the game industry, many game companies are scrambling to release web3 games. Nonetheless, most of the players' interest is still in web2 games. We saw this reality and thought we needed to embrace web2 games in order for true web3 to be realized and to accelerate it. This is why we launched a new type of web3 game platform, Arcade2Bit.

We want to take the form of adding the openness of Web3 to the traditional business model of the game industry rather than claiming to be completely new. Also, we help web2 game companies to transform them to web3 slowly and stably. That's the reason why we defined ourselves as Web2.5 platform.

What makes us differentiated

Web 2.0 Game

We are publishing web2 games. Games that have already proven their performance will be localized and released in Southeast Asian countries. Through this, we have the advantages of low risk, high profitability, and fast launch compared to other platforms.

Southeast Asian Market

We target the Southeast Asian market. In particular, in some developing countries, many game developers have judged that the market is not yet large enough and have not officially released their games. We catch this and release the game through localization. Game developers have vague expectations for this market, but are not yet active enough to invest. For that reason, we are very positive about localizing and publishing the game. There are opportunities to collaborate with many game developers in the Southeast Asian market.

Generate Stable Cash Flow

We basically publish web2 games with proven profitability. In other words, it means that we have a sufficiently valid profit model. As a web3 game platform, we distribute a significant portion of this revenue to game companies and the ecosystem, excluding the minimum cost for operation. This is a differentiated feature from raising funds outside the game ecosystem through token offerings, which are currently being conducted by most game companies claiming to be Web3. We believe that by bringing together the decades-proven traditional business model of the gaming industry, we will create stable cash flow.

We want to take the form of adding the openness of Web3 to the traditional business model of the game industry rather than claiming to be completely new. Through this, it will contribute to the game industry experiencing web3 very naturally and and stably evolving to web3.
